Record Runsheet Entry
Each entry pushes to the runsheet. Net Mineral Acres are auto-derived from the Notes (explicit NMA, OGM fraction × tract acres, stated acres, or GRTI).
A runsheet is a chain of title — acreage repeats down each chain, so rows are not summed blindly. Tick Vested on the rows representing current owners; only those transcribe into the Ownership Report. The derived NMA column shows the parsed interest for each row.
