Tract boundaries are coloured and bordered by how each was made — solid built from the recorded instrument or an authoritative survey, dotted appraisal-assisted reference geometry (never evidence of mineral title), dashed estimated. The interests painted inside them are coloured by owner. Where several interests share one tract — which is normal, and exact for a depth-severed estate — they are drawn as concentric rings so none hides the others. That inset is a drawing device only: an undivided interest does not sit in the inner part of a tract, no acreage is taken from these rings, and the order is alphabetical by owner, carrying no seniority. Acreage comes from the tract; the share comes from the interest. An unaccounted share is listed as UNRESOLVED and never painted, because it is not on any identifiable ground. Ownership is built from the chain of title, never from the tax parcel owner.
A tract is missing from the map because the geometry for its survey call is not cached, not because it does not exist. Geometry comes from the Unknown-Owner Hunt's cached RRC survey polygons; this map holds none of its own. Cached polygons follow the public GIS and are not a survey — check the plat before relying on a boundary.
